What we’ve been up to so far…

The Coombe Lodge Gardens are literally bursting into spring.  The snowdrops have been the best ever, so John the Gardener tells us, and we have started to see the first daffodils and crocus’ .

The new menus were published just before Christmas with both Chefs and Event Managers working together to create some fantastic new elements.  So keep an eye out for the new Gin Garden Cocktail and Strawberry Lemon Mojito reception drinks, some gorgeous new dishes in the menus to tantalise the tastebuds and some quirky additions to the evening food.

The brand new ‘Burger Station’ for the evening made its debut and proved incredibly popular.  Our freshly made burgers served in toasted Brioche buns with a whole host of toppings, relishes, triple cooked chips, served in iconic burger boxes proved to be quite a discussion point on our Facebook page!
