We take great pride in providing you with a variety of interesting, distinctive and delightful wines from around the world, each specifically chosen to complement our delicious menus.


It wouldn’t be a celebration without sparkling wine or Champagne, so we also offer a carefully selected choice of both - just what you need to help the day go with a swing.

White Wine

DOMINIO DE LA FUENTE ORGANIC VERDEJO, Spain £19.25
A crisp, aromatic white wine, showing great purity of aromas. Bright, pale straw yellow, with intense, fresh notes of grass, fennel and white pepper

LE COLLINE SAN GIORGIO PINOT GRIGIO, Breganze, Italy £19.50
A vibrant Pinot Grigio that offers much more character and class than some. Showing citrus fruit flavours and subtle floral aromas. Good acidity helps create a clean, refreshing wine.

BALADE ROMANTIQUE, South of France £20.25
This wine has a lovely pale yellow colour. On the nose it exhibits delicate aromas of blackcurrant leaf, apple and gooseberry. On the palate it is elegant, crisp, refreshing and aromatic.

LUA NOVA VINHO VERDE, Portugal £20.75
This wine is fresh, zesty and zippy. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, and on the palate tropical and stone fruits.

PECORINO FEUDO ANTICO BIO, Abruzzo, Italy £21.25
Pecorino is an ultra-stylish Italian white. This one is made to exacting environmental standards to make sure only the best grapes meet your glass. Expect fresh mineral and floral notes.

ABBOTTS & DELAUNEY VIOGNIER, South of France £21.50
Aged on texture-imparting lees, made by winemaking powerhouse Abbotts & Delaunay, this Languedoc beauty boasts a luscious palate of apricot, peach, almond and sweet ginger spice that doesn't stop giving. It's deliciously floral and food-friendly.

BOSCHETTO GAVI DI GAVI, DOCG, Italy £24.50
Bright, clean apple and pear aromas on the nose, a citrus fresh palate, delicately herbaceous with a touch of mineral 'twang' on the finish.

MACON-VILLAGE LA CAVE D’AZÉ, Burgundy, France £24.75
Citrus and apple notes, a hint of blossom and traces of butter. Apple and citrus predominate on the palate along with a hint of pear, finishing on a lovely mineral streak.

BREAD AND BUTTER CHARDONNAY, California, USA £27.00
Full but fresh, rich but refreshing. It’s a very comforting, warm style of Chardonnay. It’s packed with flavour and is fantastic with food.

GHOST IN THE MACHINE CHENIN BLANC, Stellenbosch, South Africa £27.50
Hints of aromatic bay leaf and cardamom with smokey, nutty character picked up on the nose.

POUILLY-FUMÉ, LES GRIOTTES JEAN-PIERRE BAILLY, Loire, France £27.95
A gentle nose of citrus and tropical fruits leads into a palate with terrific length and mouthfeel and typical French minerality. One of our favourites.

CRAGGY RANGE ‘TE MUNA ROAD’, SAUVIGNON BLANC, Martinborough, New Zealand £28.00
Very pale straw. Typical aromas of passionfruit pulp interwoven with kaffir lime leaf. The finish is almost saline and leaves the drinker reaching for the second glass.

PAZOS DE LUSCO ALBARIÑO, Rias Baixas, Spain £30.00
Aromas of apple, pear and peach complemented by floral notes. The wine is rounded and harmonious on the palate, with citrus notes and a balance of refreshing acidity and ripe flavours. A structured, elegant wine. 


Red Wine

FLOR DEL FUEGO CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Central Valley, Chile £19.00
Stewed blackcurrant and plum, with a cassis-like concentration. Fulsome tannins make this a bold and rich red.

DOMINIO DE LA FUENTE, Garnacha, Spain £20.00
Vibrant and juicy this unoaked Garnacha allows the character of the grape to shine through with flavours of redcurrant, herbs and liquorice to the fore.

BALADE ROMANTIQUE PINOT NOIR, South of France £20.00
Both elegant and delicate, this Pinot Noir wine offers fine aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry complemented by slight hints of spices.

CONDE DE CASTILLE CRIANZA, Rioja, Spain £20.50
Full of black fruit with hints of cocoa, clove and cinnamon. Supple tannins tempered by lush sweet oak.

PAVILLON TROIS ARCHES MERLOT, IGP Pays d’Oc, France £20.50
Richly flavoured, packed full of plump plum and cedar notes. Ripe and generous tannins tie this wine together.

MOZZA FIATO PRIMITIVO, IGT Salento, Italy £20.75
Flavours of dried prune, date and plump cherry, with swathes of sweet spice. A mouth coating, chocolatey red wine.

APERICENA APPASSIMENTO, Puglia, Italy £21.75
Intense red in colour, with a complex bouquet reminiscent of cherries, raspberries and redcurrants. Full-bodied, it is supple and well-balanced, with layers upon layers of dark fruit, fine tannins and a long and lingering finish.

ESPRIT DE LUSSAC, Lussac St-Emilion, Bordeaux, France £23.75
Rich bramble and damson fruit flavours with notes of graphite and cedar. Soft and velvety this wine is just entering its peak drinking period.

CATENA MALBEC, Mendoza, Argentina £24.00
Full bodied with integrated ripe tannins, black pepper spice and a lingering finish.

MATSU EL RECIO, Toro, Spain £25.25
Intense and opaque, this wine is a mass of deep black fruit, chocolate, roasted coffee bean and vanilla pod aromas. Voluptuous and weighty held together by silky tannins.

GHOST IN THE MACHINE SHIRAZ, Western Cape, South Africa £27.00
Spiced up red meat with coriander and black pepper, hints of salami, fynbos with buchu character on the nose. Bold tannins with red fruits such as mulberry, blackberry and plum, with a smooth, lingering finish.

CHÂTEAU GRAND FAURIE LA ROSE, ST-EMILION GRAND CRU, Bordeaux, France £34.75
A medium bodied claret, with a pleasantly spicy and mature nose, with hints of leather and clove against a backdrop of bramble and dried prune fruit, framed by fine-grained tannins on the palate.

CRAGGY RANGE PINOT NOIR, Martinborough, New Zealand £35.50
Bright cherry with crimson hue. Aromatic dark cherry melds with dried herbs and subtle oak char. The wine is vibrant across across the palate with svelte red fruits and velvety tannins finishing savoury and dry.

RIOJA RESERVA VIÑA ARDANZA, La Rioja Alta, Spain £39.00
One of the very best of Rioja's produced from fruit exclusively grown in the bodega's 360 hectare vineyard holdings in the Rioja Alta region.


Rose Wine

Fresh apricot and peach on the nose; soft floral flavours on the palate and a refreshing, pleasantly smooth finish.

CHATEAU MINUTY ‘M DE MINUTY’ ROSÉ, Provence, France £26.25
It’s white, peachy, with grapefruit, and fresh. It really is the taste of an idyllic summer.

WHISPERING ANGEL ROSÉ, Provence, France £32.00
This beautiful salmon-pink Provence rosé has a very pretty scent of crushed strawberries, peach, rose-water and orange blossom. On the palate, it is wonderfully dry and crisp with delicate summer berry fruits balanced by citrus zest acidity and a deliciously creamy finish.


Sparkling Wine

BOUVET LADUBAY SAUMUR NV, Loire, France £26.25
Fruity aromas and florals on the nose. Fine and persistent bubbles. Honeysuckle, acacia and bruised apples on the palate. Very elegant.

BOUVET SAUMUR ROSÉ BRUT NV, France £26.25
A delicate and inviting salmon pink, this is a light and immediately welcoming sparkling rosé with a raspberry and peach fruit character, a fine mousse and a clean and uplifting floral nose.

PROSECCO DI CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE EXTRA DRY NV, DOCG, Italy £26.25
Delicate and aromatic with fine bubbles. This wine carries lots of fresh peach, pear and an elegant zest.

GUSBOURNE BRUT RESERVE, Appledore, Kent, England £47.50
With accolades from some of the industry’s most exacting critics, it is bright gold in colour, approachable and balanced and has a ‘backbone’ of Chardonnay. Pinot Noir brings body and depth and Pinot Meunier adds floral and fruity notes.

GUSBOURNE ROSÉ, Appledore, Kent, England £52.50
Delicate pink in appearance, with soft summer berries and floral notes on the nose. The palate shows bright red fruits, driven by ripe strawberries, fresh cherries and redcurrants, with a crisp freshness and creamy, rounded texture on the finish.


Champagne

PAUL DROUET, BRUT NV, France £39.50
Generous, full of flowery and fragrant character yet fresh and crisp. An attractive nose, with fresh acidity and good balance on the palate.

LAURENT-PERRIER LA CUVÉE NV, Champagne £65.00
Clear and bright, with a pale golden hue. Delicate on the nose with aromas of citrus and honeysuckle. The wines complexity is expressed in successive notes of white peach and richer citrus flavours such as grapefruit.

LAURENT-PERRIER ROSÉ NV, Champagne £89.00
Plenty of stylish strawberry fruit, full of vivacity and easy-drinking charm. A wonderfully refreshing apéritif, it also works well with a variety of dishes.


Corkage


We offer the opportunity for you to supply your own wines for which we charge a corkage rate of £11.00/bottle (75cl) for still wine and £13.50/bottle (75cl) for Champagne and sparkling wine.


You may wish to specify a wine to us, other than those listed above, and we can then provide you with a quotation for us to source and supply it for you.
