Aimée has been in the weddings and events industry for over 20 years. After completing a Hospitality Management degree at Bournemouth University, she worked as an Event Planner at Ascot Racecourse. During her career, Aimée has worked for a Surrey-based exclusive caterer, managed large-scale Christmas party events, and developed two out-of-town wedding venues for The Concerto Group, a highly regarded London based events business.


In was in 2014 that Aimée joined PM Hospitality, initially based at Coombe Lodge in Somerset, whilst the final arrangements were being made for the newest venue of the family in Devon. Aimee then moved across to Rockbeare Manor to launch and run the venue on a day-to-day basis. She now oversees the sales and marketing function of all three wedding venues, as well as the running of the business alongside husband Andrew Carveth, and Co-Directors Becky Jury and Tom Baxter.
