Evening Menus

Our evening menus are avaiable as an addition to your wedding meal, and it’s always a very welcome treat for you and your guests. Typically, evening food is served at around 9pm which gives time for the party to get started, and the evening guests to settle in.

 

We recommend catering for the total number of guests with any of the below choices.

Regional Cheese Platter


Bath soft cheese, Somerset Brie, Cornish Yarg, White Lake Goats Cheese, Bath blue cheese, Wyfe of Bath and Bath Farmhouse (Cheddar) with a selection of breads and biscuits, butter, celery, grapes, apples, cherry tomatoes and figs, onions and chutneys

A timeless favourite with a touch of comfort. Beer battered fish and triple cooked chips served from our traditional wooden crates to your guests as they continue to party.


Accompaniments include minted mushy peas, tartare sauce and curry sauce.

Hog Boards

A whole Somerset hog prepared by the Chefs – served as pulled pork shoulder, roasted loin, cider braised and pan-fried belly, sausages, stuffing and crackling.

Barbecue

Cooked outside on a charcoal barbeque. Served with spiced red cabbage and fennel slaw; sweet potato and spring onion salad; rocket, cos and lemon salad. Served with a selection of breads.
