Event Chef

Nick did his training right here in Bristol where he started his career as a chef at the Berkeley Square hotel private members club. During his time here he really worked on his skills in modernist cuisine which he fell in love with. Nick then followed his dream of learning traditional French cuisine in Chamonix & Toulouse and remained here for 6 years - the skiing helped! 

Nick returned to the UK and his home town Bristol in 2023 and has since joined our kitchen brigade to build on his love of events catering.


We are thrilled to have him in our team and cannot wait to see the dishes he creates!


Favourite dish to cook?

A proper beef bourguignon with buttery mash. 


Favourite local eatery?

Tare in Bristol is my personal favourite (shout out to Matt!)


Random fact about you?

I started my career at the age of 15 as a KP! This is where I fell in love with the kitchen environment!
