After leaving school, Tammy worked with horses for two years which was very much her passion but soon realised this was best as a hobby. From here she then went to work at Bristol Airport working on the boarding gates helping those about to jet off on their holidays.


She joined our front of house team in 2012 but soon realised her interest in catering and transferred her role to the kitchen team in 2013. Although she doesn't have the natural path as a chef, Tammy has very much gained experience on the job and has worked incredibly hard to the well earnt position she has today. She plays a pivotal role in the development of our menus and is always experimenting new dishes and flavours along with being a great support for Dave.


What is your favourite dish to cook?

Sweet dishes like Lemon Tarts or anything Mexican!


Favourite dish on the menu?

This is a tricky one but if I had to choose it would be the 'Baked lilikoi cheesecake with coconut and lime caramel'


Random fact about you:

I worked as a groom for a New Zealand show jumper as my first job.
