CHEF

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside our existing kitchen team in producing high quality food from raw ingredients, for weddings and events. 

The successful applicant will have the necessary skill and experience to be able to take charge of service for weddings and events of between 50 and 160 guests. They will be accountable for the day to day running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and be a team player with a positive attitude and able to work hard in a team of likeminded people.

Hours:

* Full time 5 days per week

* Permanent contract

* No split shifts

* Weekend and some evening work as required

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience.

WAITING TEAM MEMBERS

If you are smiley, bright, energetic and great with people we'd love to hear from you. Our waiting and bar team are paramount to ensuring that any visitor to Coombe Lodge  is well looked after.  The Coombe Lodge experience is all about going the extra mile and delivering the highest possible level of service - because we never forget, it's the little things that make a big difference.  

Part-time, flexible hours available. Regular evening and weekends.  Excellent rates of pay. Full training will be given.  

HOUSEKEEPING TEAM MEMBERS

First impressions, attention to detail and a warm welcome are of the highest importance to us at Coombe Lodge.  We are looking for warm and friendly people to join our committed team of Housekeepers, who will work together to ensure that Coombe Lodge is always looking it's best.  The role will involve general housekeeping in all front of house areas, as well as turning around our 12 luxury bedrooms following our guests stay.

Part-time, flexible hours available. Excellent rates of pay.
